All our figures are 3D scanned from a real person for a realistic look, and then processed ready for 3D printing.

Included in this download you will find a full-sized figure, and a 16mm scale figure, which includes tree supports for 3D printing on FDM printers. Instructions for re-scaling the figure can be found at www.designscanprint3d.co.uk/resources.

This is the agreement between you and Dean Punchard (t/a Design Scan Print 3D) for the use of the supplied digital files. By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using the supplied digital files, you agree to the terms below on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. If you do not agree with all the provisions of these terms of use, do not purchase, download, access or use the digital files provided by Design Scan Print 3D.

Dean Punchard is the owner of the digital files.

The digital files are a copyrighted, unless stated, and belong wholly to Dean Punchard.

2.

Design Scan Print 3D grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.

3.

This agreement allows you to print the digital files for personal, non-commercial use only, unless an active Commercial Licence has been purchased through a Patreon subscription at www.patreon.com/dsp3d.

4.

You may not sell, share, distribute, rent or transfer the supplied digital files.

You may sell the physical 3D printed copies if you have an active Commercial Licence.

5.

You may not modify, duplicate, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the digital files. No part may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or displayed.

6.

Dean Punchard has no liability whatsoever for any data loss or corruption or any damaged caused to systems, 3D printers, data storage devices, computers or health caused by the 3D, Obj, Mix, STL, or other supplied files. The users agrees that it has sole responsibility for protecting its data, system and health during the use of the digital files.

7.

Dean Punchard has no obligation to provide support or guidance regarding the use of the supplied files. Dean Punchard does not guarantee that their files will be optimized for every software system and 3D printer.

8.

Dean Punchard and its brand, associated logos, images, photos, digital content, files, 3D designs, concept arts, videos, written content, audio, banners, posters, product designs, franchises, games, miniatures, products, packaging, code, software or any future media or formats created by Dean Punchard or any of its employees and subcontractors are the copyright of Dean Punchard, unless stated.

9.

Any theft, redistribution, resale, imitation, licensing, leasing, or claimed ownership of Dean Punchard’s copyrighted brand and materials will be considered a breach of this contract, an infringement of copyright law, and dealt with accordingly in keeping with British UK Law.
